Ferrara & Gable Attorneys Named to the 2026 New Jersey Super Lawyers List

Ferrara & Gable is pleased to announce that Michael A. Ferrara, Megan P. Gable, and Joseph W. Gable, Jr. have been selected for inclusion on the 2026 New Jersey Super Lawyers list.

Each year, Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys across the country who have earned a strong reputation among their peers and demonstrated excellence in their practice areas. In New Jersey, only about 5% of attorneys are included on the Super Lawyers list.

For the Ferrara & Gable team, the recognition reflects the work they continue to do on behalf of injury victims and families throughout South Jersey.

Michael A. Ferrara

Michael A. Ferrara has spent more than five decades representing people who have been seriously injured because of someone else’s negligence. Over the course of his career, he has taken hundreds of cases to trial, building a reputation as one of New Jersey’s most experienced trial attorneys.

Michael has been involved in a number of complex and high-profile cases, including serving as co-counsel in New Jersey’s historic tobacco litigation. Before beginning his legal career, he served as a Naval Officer during the Vietnam War, and he continues to be involved in educational and charitable efforts in the community.

Megan P. Gable

Megan P. Gable focuses her practice on representing clients who have suffered serious injuries in cases involving vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, workplace incidents, and other acts of negligence.

In addition to her work on behalf of clients, Megan is active within the legal profession. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York and frequently speaks at legal education programs for attorneys. She is an Officer and Trustee of the Camden County Bar Foundation, helping to contribute to not only the legal community but the South Jersey community at large.

Joseph W. Gable, Jr.

Joseph W. Gable, Jr. represents individuals and families whose lives have been changed by serious injuries or the wrongful death of a loved one.

Joe also handles civil rights litigation, representing clients whose constitutional rights have been violated. His work in this area includes cases involving excessive force, wrongful arrest, unlawful searches and seizures, and discrimination claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD).

He has tried cases throughout both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, advocating for clients facing some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

About the Super Lawyers selection process

Super Lawyers uses a multi-phase selection process to identify attorneys who stand out in their fields. The process begins with peer nominations and is followed by independent research and evaluation of each candidate’s professional accomplishments.

Candidates are also reviewed by a panel of attorneys in their practice area. At the end of the process, only a small percentage of lawyers in each state are selected for inclusion on the annual list.
