Joseph W. Gable Jr.

Partner

Joseph W. Gable, Jr. is a partner with Ferrara & Gable, where he represents the families of individuals who have been killed and those who have suffered serious and life-altering injuries resulting from the negligence of others. Joe also represents clients whose civil rights have been violated, including rights to free speech, rights against unreasonable searches and seizures, excessive force, wrongful arrests and incarceration, violations of New Jersey’s LAD (Law Against Discrimination), and more. Joe has successfully tried cases throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Joe has been published in the National Law Review and has been recruited to speak at seminars involving personal injury matters and the laws that affect those cases. He also volunteers with South Jersey Legal Services as a part of the pro bono Guardianship Project for Children, which helps parents of disabled children who reside in South Jersey obtain guardianship prior to their children turning 18 years old.

Before joining Ferrara & Gable, Joe was a partner at a large plaintiff's personal injury firm in South Jersey, where he litigated and tried personal injury cases in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Joe was born and raised in Philadelphia by his dad, a plumber, who taught him the value of hard work, and his mother, a nurse, who taught him compassion for those who are suffering. Those lessons have formed Joe’s legal career as one grounded in working hard and fighting for his clients who have been injured and left to deal with the devastation that often follows. With that hard work and dogged determination, Joe has been able to secure great results for his clients, whether through settlement or verdicts at trial.

Joe graduated from Holy Family University with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and worked in the molecular pathology laboratory at Temple University Hospital. He then earned his law degree from Temple University, where he served as an editor of the Temple Law Review. Joe is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Joe lives with his wife, Megan, and their three children in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, where he coaches youth soccer and baseball.

Joe is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
